This class will discuss when law enforcement officers can legally initiate a traffic stop, how long that stop can last, and what activities the officer may lawfully engage in during the stop. It will also discuss when officers may search a vehicle and how extensive that search can be under the circumstances.
This class is free to attend.
This class will be worth 6 hours of Missouri CLE. This class has been approved for 6 hours of POST credit, 2 hours of Legal Studies and 4 hours of Technical Studies. |
