Dr. Phenessa A. Gray is a Library & Learning Commons Manager at the Florida State College at Jacksonville, South Campus. She brings 25+ years of experience in library administration and management in secondary education and higher education in addition to other leadership roles in corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (Creative Writing minor) from Florida State University; Master of Science in Library Services from Clark Atlanta University; Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from University of Phoenix; Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management from Capella University. In addition to her leadership roles, Dr. Gray is also a published author, keynote speaker, senior workplace culture consultant, and a volunteer with 904WARD and Hope at Hand. Her research interests include dimensions of wellness, emotional intelligence, trauma-informed librarianship, and workplace wellbeing. |
