| Summer time and the livin is…still hard? Let’s make the most of this summer to focus on US and what we need to stay well while doing our important and sometimes draining work. This series of brief, one-hour seminars are designed to be taken as stand-alone sessions or you can really sizzle this summer by attending all three!
Session One: Boundary Boosting Power Hour! Thursday, June 13 at 11:30 a.m. Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries is one of the most effective strategies to increase our well-being. Workshop attendees will review and practice the big hits of boundary setting: boundaries with our co-workers, our clients, and our community. Say “yes” to this workshop, so you can say NO when you need to in respectful and caring ways.
Session Two: Affordable Self-Care: Taking Care of Yourself without Breaking the Bank Thursday, July 11 at 11:30 a.m. Many self-care strategies promoted on our media streams are pricey and can create additional stress. Sustaining ourselves and seeking wellness doesn’t have to be expensive! In this workshop, we’ll explore low or no cost strategies to help increase our wellbeing this summer and beyond. Bring your own ideas and we can learn together.
Session Three: Making Self-Care Stick: Creating a Well-being Plan that You LOVE! Thursday, August 8 at 11:30 a.m. The best self-care plans don’t help us if after a few days…weeks…or months, the plan fades away. In this session, we will create individualized self-care strategies designed to fit into our lives and bring us joy, wellbeing, and compassion satisfaction in a real way that can last into the future.
Sessions will take place the second Thursdays of the month (June-August) from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. You can register for each session for $25 or all three for $60. |
