Justin Hall is the District Secretary of FDOT’s District Seven headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

As the District Secretary, Justin provides administrative oversight for the planning, development and operations for all transportation modes within District Seven’s five counties - Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas. District Seven’s work program is $5.6 billion which supports 3.4 million residents and drivers that travel more than 40 million miles in the Tampa Bay area each day.
