To best serve our neighbors most in need, registration is currently limited to Lake County, Indiana residents, and supplies are very limited. Registration will close Saturday, August 8th at 6 pm or as soon as we reach our capacity.
Before registering, please take a moment to read the program rules.
Proof of residency required: A valid Driver’s License or Indiana State ID with an address that matches your application.
Please note: Leases and utility bills cannot be accepted. One request per household. |
