Registration will close Saturday\, August 8th at 6 pm or as soon as we reach our capacity.\n\nBefore registering\, please take a moment to read the program rules.\n\nProof of residency required: A valid Driver’s License or Indiana State ID with an address that matches your application.\n\nPlease note: Leases and utility bills cannot be accepted. One request per household.
