"Building on Tradition" is a cohort that provides peer-learning and technical assistance so cities can pre-review and pre-approve missing middle housing designs, a historic housing typology that complements existing community character, lowers housing prices, and achieves long-term cost savings for residents.
This initiative will offer continuing education and is tended to prepare participants for funding opportunities arising under the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act.
