This class was designed for residential appraisers who appraise in the Sun Cities.- Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand. It is a 4 hour class that covers the history of the Sun Cities, the age restrictions in the three communities, the different political structures, HOAs, Recreations Centers, etc. Everything you need to know to be competent in appraising in these areas. The instructor is Joanna Conde who has specialized in these communities since 1988 and is considered an expert.
