The Lonsdale Chamber of Commerce invites you to participate in our Lonsdale Chamber Street Fair & Business Expo as a sponsor, vendor or BOTH! 

Our event will be located on Ash Street NE near Mackenthun's Fine Foods on Tuesday, May 13 from 5:00pm-7:30pm. This family friendly event will showcase Lonsdale area businesses, food vendors, entertainment, Dispatch Dog pet adoption, inflatables, Cub Scouts Inflatable Archery Range, music by Melissa Schultz and more.

We strongly suggest you incorporate a drawing or offer-based activity at your booth to attract attendees and collect information. Best way to do this is to sponsor our event to be included in our business spotlight card (passport). This card will have your business name/logo on the card that residents must get signed at the sponsors booth.

Sponsor & Registration DEADLINE May 6, 2025. All vendors will receive a $30.00 late fee after deadline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• All vendors must provide proof of insurance (copy of business or home)

• Completed ST19 Operator Certificate of Compliance if selling product

• All vendors agree to be fully operational for the entire event

• All vendors will be provided a 10x10ft space on asphalt and must provide own tent, table, chairs unless you sponsor event

• All booths must be set up by 4:45pm

• All food vendors are subject to all state and health department requirements and guidelines

• Booths will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis

SET-UP: Tuesday, May 13 from 3:00pm-4:45pm. Must be staffed during entire event and fully functional by 4:45pm.



CANCELLATION: Written notice must be made by May 1, 2025 after which no refunds will be allowed.
