Navigating Difficult Conversations: With DEI Approach

As the workplace becomes increasingly diverse, differences based on cultural backgrounds, communication styles, family experiences, and varied life journeys can emerge. In this workshop, we focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, with a particular emphasis on navigating challenging conversations. Participants will gain practical strategies for addressing sensitive topics related to DEI to assist with fostering a culture of respect and understanding. Participants will be equipped with tools to assist with navigating difficult conversations and promote a welcoming environment.

This is an in-person workshop.
