Come circle up with our 2024 Transformative Justice Educator Fellows as they engage in circle dialogue about the education of Black Girls and gender expansive young people in Southern Nevada. We'll view the film 'Pushout The Criminalization of Black Girls' then hear from local families and girls impacted by inequities presented in the film. We'll be joined by community advocates, activists and restorative practitioners working to eradicate the racist discipline policies girls experience in Clark County Schools. All committed to racial justice in education are welcome. |
