Stay Fresh, Stay Strong is a summer training for youth ages 12–17 in foster care, hosted by Family Services of America. Led by a licensed nurse, the workshop focuses on personal hygiene, preventing infections, and understanding the human body. Teens will learn daily habits to stay clean and healthy, how to protect themselves from illness, and gain a better understanding of how their bodies work. The session includes open discussions in a respectful, safe space for questions. Participants receive free hygiene kits and snacks. Space is limited register early to join educational experience. |
