The Behavioral Incident System (BIRS) is a simple data tool to document serious behaviors. When we want to change a behavior in the classroom, we collect information about the action and moments surrounding it to determine the most effective way to guide change. Together we will explore this tool along with other data collection methods that have been shown to have positive impact. |
