This course provides CTE educators with practical strategies to improve student literacy skills while deepening understanding of technical and academic course material. Teachers will learn how to create engaging, authentic assignments that build real world literacy skills and prepare students for their future careers. Course techniques will assist teachers in designing and implementing a practical, effective, sustainable writing program for the CTE classroom.
