This event includes a presentation of the 2023 Community Health and Well-Being Survey findings and showcases examples of how a well-being framework can ensure all people thrive now and into the future, no exceptions.
As always this event will be free, however we'll ask to help us cover the cost with a $10 donation that will also support a major initiative in 2024 around food insecurity. This donation can be made during the Summit or now during your registration process for your ticket. Thank you!
