2026 Sponsorship | Exhibitor Opportunities and Benefits Agreement

The Montana SHRM State Council is a non-profit organization whose mission is to elevate the human resource profession to the highest standards; and provide education, updates and connections among all Montana human resource professionals.

The primary vehicle to achieve our mission is our annual Montana SHRM State Conference. Through this conference, we strive to provide training and educational opportunities to both the HR community as well as Montana’s Small Business community, who often don’t have an HR professional on staff to advise them. Our conference typically sees almost 300 attendees from all across Montana and surrounding states, representing a wide range of Montana employers and industries. In order to achieve our outreach and educational goals, we ask you to join us as a business community partner to defray expenses associated with our annual conference.
