There will only be 50 booth spaces available this year in the Exhibit Hall, so register early to get your spot! Click here for a map of the Exhibit Hall.


The conference will start on Tuesday to allow for more networking opportunities, additional benefits include:


  • Set-Up on Tuesday morning.
  • Welcome reception on both Tuesday & Wednesday night for all conference attendees.
  • Complimentary representative/attendee registration with booth.


Registration for attendees, including additional exhibitor representatives will open on January 2.

Fees & Payments

Early Bird Rates (prior to January 31)

  • Corporate: $950
  • Non-Profit: $500

Regular Rates (after January 31)

  • Corporate: $1,150
  • Non-Profit: $700


Payment must be received 30 days prior to the start of the conference.

Parking Information

$40* Overnight, per vehicle - *overnight rate will qualify for 15% discount if attendee lodging is booked in the room block

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after February 9, 2025, will not be refunded. Registrations may be transferred up until the day of the conference. Cancellations/transfers will only be accepted in writing via email and must be submitted by the original registrant. Changes will not be accepted over the phone.
