We have been blessed beyond words by the community support of our mission to end homelessness for young moms and their children in our community since we started in 2017! We cannot wait for our 6th Annual Fall Family Fun Event on October 5th, 2024! At this time, Elevate Hope House in Ham Lake is FULL, and our team is prayerful to open a 2nd property this Fall! We are wrapping up our build with Spring Lake Park High School and need your help by coming to our Fall Event to finish our 2nd home.
