DESCRIPTION:CAPCOG\, SECO\, and SPEER are collaborating through an energy efficiency program to address the Central Texas region's energy and water needs.  This region has seen tremendous growth in population and industry.  This hybrid workshop is going to have an examination of what the state is planning\, the work of non-profits in the region\, and the resources available. There will be conservation strategies shared that can be applied to all public agencies.
