In this training, attendees will learn how many of our current mental health issues can come from the traumas of our parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents. We will learn and discuss how to build off the work of experts in the fields of neuroscience and posttraumatic stress. We will also reserve time for an "Ask a Therapist" session where you may ask questions in a welcoming and safe environment.
