The JW Marriott Indianapolis serves as the official host hotel for the 2026 ABM. The property is ideally situated within a quarter-mile of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) headquarters, providing convenient pedestrian access. All general sessions, meals, and reception events will take place at the NCAA headquarters, which attendees can reach via a comfortable 10-15 minute walk along a sidewalk.

The hotel room rate for the ABM is $249.00.
Reservations must be made by Monday, September 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET to secure the room rate.
Based on availability, the room rate will be extended for guests arriving and departing three (3) days pre/post the ABM meeting dates.
Official Attendees (Commissioners, Designees, ABM Proxies, and Ex-officio Representatives)
MIC3 will provide two (2) nights of lodging for official attendees.
If you are an official attendee and you require an additional night's lodging (3+), please contact the National Office at mic3info@csg.org before booking your flight.
All Attendees must utilize the "Hotel Reservations" link to reserve their hotel room or call the hotel at 1-866-704-6116 to ensure their room is in the MIC3 room block and receive the discounted room rate.
The JW Marriott is 14 miles from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). The estimated drive time is 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Lyft or Uber is the most cost-effective means of transportation for traveling between the airport and the hotel.
Per the MIC3 Travel Policy, official attendees will be eligible to have transportation costs reimbursed, so please be considerate of the cost to the Commission and ride share when possible.
Hotel Parking
Parking fees are not included in the room rate. Attendees will be responsible for parking fees incurred during the ABM.
Travel Policy
Per policy 1-2014 Travel and Reimbursement Guidelines, official attendees are reimbursed by the Commission at the federal per diem rates for all eligible meals and incidentals.
