Program to Train-the-Trainer in GAPs & Effective Training
Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) are critical to improve Food Safety with all Produce. Great training skills will increase retention of the information so employees can consistently improve Food Safety. This program is designed to provide Fieldworker Food Safety Information and make the Trainer aware of their presentational skills so they can become a more effective Communicator. The training includes all the materials you need to deliver training to your personnel in both English and Spanish
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Growers, Farm Labor Contractors, Supervisors, Safety Supervisors/ Coordinators or anyone who will be delivering Food Safety training to fieldworkers.
