| -Please know that at our retreats we play music and movies out loud that everyone can hear. Please bring noise cancelling headphones if needed. -We bring stamps, dies, and punches for guests to use. -Goody bag & make and takes included with fee -Optional add on classes offered -Free AND paid bingo offered -Gifts! -Most bedrooms upstairs. You may be with new friends if you require downstairs for medical reasons. -We do our best to seat you by your friends in the crop room and always room you with your friends for sleeping arrangements when at all possible (based on the configuration of the retreat center) -THURSDAY starts at 3:00 (no earlier). Ends at 3:00 Sunday. -Meals are Thurs dinner, Fri all 3, Sat all 3, Sunday breakfast. -I cannot guarantee any seat placement other than putting you by your friends. For rooms, I can only guarantee downstairs to someone who needs it for physical reasons. Thanks! -Saturday night after dinner we are playing Bingo for prizes! Must be present to win! - We will have adhesive and some other limited cash & carry (check, cash, mc, visa, or discover). -There is a fridge for us to use. Please only put 1-2 drinks/water in a time. Space is limited! -This retreat center has some low lighting, so you may want to bring an extra lamp (they do provide one lamp per person, but I'd recommend another). -Bring your power strip to plug into theirs. Their plugs are on the floor. Jennifer & April's Retreat Policies/ETC: • Half retreat payment is due 90 days before retreat • Final payment is due 60 days before retreat • Cancellations 89 days or less (after the 90 day mark has passed) before retreat cannot be refunded and full payment is due UNLESS you can be replaced. If you cannot be replaced, you will receive the goody bag/make & takes/gifts from Jennifer & April and full payment will be due by the deadline • When you cancel your retreat spot, you give up the right to that spot the next year at the same retreat if applicable • Cancellation policies subject to change due to government/health restrictions and policies • $25 deposit is non refundable/non transferable |
