| You MUST register in order to attend. Walk-ins may not be allowed in because of building security. We are asking for $45 via credit card now to cover the costs of the In-Person reception. However, if you find out later that you cannot attend, just notify us before Noon Eastern on April 28th (when we must give the final attendance number to the caterer), and we will be glad to refund your money. So, please do register now, knowing that if your plans change, you can get a refund.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE: We hope you can attend in person, but if not, we strongly encourage you to attend via Zoom (for free, of course). We usually have several hundred members attend via Zoom, and it's a great time to see and visit with old friends from across the country. We will set up a virtual reception breakout room after the formal meeting so members on Zoom can socialize. Unfortunately, you will need to furnish your own food and beverage.
The Zoom meeting starts at 6 PM Eastern. If you check the box on your registration form indicating that you will be participating by Zoom, you will receive a reminder of the Zoom link a few days before the meeting. Please sign in a few minutes because we plan to start the meeting right at 6 PM. |
