Join United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley and Resilient Lehigh Valley for this interactive 6-hour training, participants will learn the basics of using Restorative Practices, including learning about the Social Discipline Window, Fair Process, the Compass of Shame and the RP Questions, as well as learn how to create and lead restorative circles. These skills can be used to build community while repairing harm and restoring relationships.
