| Join Power-Pole, Skinny Water Culture, Tampa Bay Waterkeeper, the Tampa Bay Estuary Program, and Ocean Aid 360 for the Tampa Bay Debris Derby on December 6th at E.G. Simmons Park!
Compete as a team or an individual in this trash collection tournament! How does it work? Participants will have 4 hours to remove as much trash as they can from Tampa Bay. You can collect trash from anywhere in Tampa Bay, either on land or by water. You must bring your trash back to E.G. Simmons Park by 1 pm for weigh in. Teams will earn one raffle ticket for each bag of trash or large item they weigh in. Teams may not exceed 8 individuals! The more trash you collect, the more chances you have to win prizes donated by Power-Pole, Turtlebox, Florida Fishing Products, Costa del Mar, and many more!
The team who collects the most trash by weight will be crowned The 2025 "Debris Derby Heavyweight Champion"! A special prize will also be awarded to the team that collects the strangest item! Register today to receive a FREE Tampa Bay Debris Derby shirt designed by Skinny Water Culture and a FREE lunch. Gather your teams, spread the word, and let's make a positive impact on Tampa Bay. Together, we can make a difference!
