The 2025 FDA Dietary Supplement Compliance Program Update

Don’t Get Caught Unprepared: FDA's New Compliance Playbook Revealed

June 6th could be the day that saves your business.

What if I told you that in just 90 minutes on June 6th, you could transform your regulatory vulnerability into a strategic advantage?

The rules of the game are changing. The FDA has overhauled its Dietary Supplement Compliance Program, and those who don't adapt quickly may find themselves facing costly inspections, product holds, or worse.

This Is Not Just Another Webinar

This is your direct line to someone who literally writes the FDA's playbook.

Siobhan Gallagher Taylor isn't just sharing information. She's giving you the inside track on exactly how the FDA will be evaluating your business in 2025 and beyond. As one of the National Experts for Dietary Supplements at the FDA's Office of Global and Specialty Human Foods, she has first-hand knowledge about the inspection protocols that will determine your compliance status.

What’s Really at Stake?

  • Your products could be held at customs
  • Your facility could face extended inspections
  • Your reputation could suffer from compliance citations
  • Your competitors who attend will gain the advantage

The removal of the Limited Focus Manufacturing Program Assignment Code (PAC) and introduction of the new Packaging & Labeling PAC isn't just bureaucratic reshuffling. It fundamentally changes how your operations will be evaluated.

Get the Information Others Won’t Have

Imagine walking into your next FDA inspection with the same checklist the inspector is using. That's essentially what this webinar offers:

  • Precise insights on the revised inspectional elements
  • Exact requirements for quality control that inspectors will look for
  • Specific labeling assessment criteria that could make or break your compliance
  • Clear delineation of manufacturer vs. distributor responsibilities

The Expert Behind the Regulations

Since joining the FDA in 2015, Siobhan Gallagher Taylor has moved from conducting inspections to designing the very framework that all inspectors use. With her bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Food Systems and master's in Leadership, she brings both technical expertise and strategic vision to her role as the FDA's go-to authority on dietary supplement regulation.

When she trains FDA inspectors, they listen. On June 6th, she'll be training you.

This Is Your Opportunity

The dietary supplement industry is at a crossroads. Those who understand the new compliance landscape will thrive. Those who don't may not survive the next inspection cycle.
