Join CISCO for its FIRST EVER CISCO Connects, featuring the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) for an engaging discussion on mental health and the Union construction trades. Participants are encouraged to use this opportunity to learn how to recognize when someone may be struggling, understand mental health challenges facing workers and families, start meaningful conversations and connect with available resources. Together, we can reduce stigma, promote well-being and build a healthier, more supportive construction industry.
