Elite athletes don't practice fundamentals because they've forgotten them, they do it to sharpen their edge! This training goes beyond a simple review of the laws & codes governing helping professions - it's an opportunity to stress-test your ethical reasoning. Informed consent, confidentiality, scope of practice, & duty to warn/protect, as well as emerging challenges with ethics and technology such as AI. Opportunities will be given to practice those fundamentals through case vignettes and peer discussion.
