| This year’s OEDA Annual Conference is centered around the theme "Rising Tides, Rising Prosperity", set against the beautiful backdrop of the Oregon Coast. Just as "a rising tide lifts all boats," we believe that by working together—across economic development, policy, community building, workforce development, business, finance, education, and infrastructure—we can create a stronger, more inclusive economy for every corner of the state.
As we gather on the coast, we are reminded that, together, we can navigate the turbulent waters of today’s challenges. By creating space for shared learning, inspiration, connection, and innovation, we can find solutions to create opportunities for all Oregonians and build a more resilient, prosperous economy.

| Day One – Sunday, October 26: OCED Training & Opening Reception
*Separate/additional registration fee required for the OCED Training. Before the conference, join us for an in-depth OCED Training Course, "Business Retention & Expansion", designed for economic development professionals of all career levels. This course, part of OEDA's Oregon Certified Economic Developer (OCED) Training Program, offers the opportunity to earn 8 OCED Credit Hours toward the OCED credential—Oregon's only professional certification for economic developers.
- Opening Reception (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
Kick off the conference in style at the Opening Reception, featuring chef-curated hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and a complimentary beverage. This is a prime networking opportunity, allowing attendees to connect in a relaxed, social setting before the full conference begins. |

| Day Two – Monday, October 27: Conference Sessions, OCED Graduation Ceremony & Awards of Excellence Banquet
