The Motorcycle Safety Foundation's (MSF) Basic RiderCourse (BRC) is designed for novice and returning riders seeking their motorcycle endorsement. Tuition includes the use of a provided training motorcycle, each 500cc or less, to ensure a safe and manageable learning experience.
