| One Dance at a Time is pleased to host our very first Mother-Son Dance for sons aged 7 to adult. We want to honor all mothers, grandmothers, and godmothers with a wholesome multigenerational event celebrating this cherished relationship with dancing, food, and fellowship. We strongly encourage fathers to invite their mothers too!
Maria, assisted by our dance corps, will teach mothers and sons various contra dances and some basic waltz. No previous dance experience required. Hors d'oeuvres, desserts, punch, and water will be provided.
Attire: Modest Sunday best is requested. Modest semi-formal optional. As we will be dancing on a gym floor we kindly ask ladies refrain from wearing high heeled shoes in order to protect the parish's gym floor.
Cover Charge: $50 per mother with one son $10 each additional son $70 cap for mothers with more than 3 sons
Registration for this event will close on Sunday November 1st. A pre-purchased ticket is required for this event. We kindly ask everyone to please register by this date so we can plan accordingly. We look forward to seeing you!
