Gina Diaz is a resilient attorney, entrepreneur, and advocate who has turned personal adversity into a powerful mission to help others. An immigrant from Mexico, Gina overcame early life challenges—including language barriers, single motherhood, and a cancer diagnosis—to become one of Chicagoland’s top immigration and real estate attorneys. She founded Diaz Case Law over a decade ago to support immigrants and individuals navigating foreclosure, real estate, and business ventures. Her passion for real estate led her to build a thriving portfolio and co-found We Win, LLC and We Win, NFP—organizations empowering women and providing transitional housing to uplift communities.
