Senate Bill-721, commonly referred to as "the balcony law," is a recent legislation implemented to safeguard the integrity of all Exterior Elevated Elements (EEE) connected to multi-unit structures such as apartments or triplexes. Any balcony, walkway, or staircase constructed at a height of 6 feet or more above ground level must undergo inspection by Jan 2025.
