The purpose of this three-day workshop is to introduce the many challenges facing crime scene and law enforcement personnel in documenting crime scenes through photographic techniques and how to overcome these challenges.
Scene photography, alternate light source photography and working in low-lit situations will be addressed. PowerPoint lectures and many hands-on practicums will be provided to all those attending, in order to achieve these objectives.
Attendees must bring departmental issued camera equipment, tripods and wear comfortable but appropriate clothing. This workshop has varied hours. Contact lead coordinator Monica Rios for exact training times. Basic camera knowledge is desired but not mandatory.
