International Treatment Center's Cooperative (ITCC) Spring 2024 Conference

ITCC is a deliberately small conference where treatment centers, interventionists and others can network with each other in a relaxing environment. Participants come away from the conference as collaborators, having a much better understanding of what everyone has to offer in order to make better client referrals within the industry.

Who to Bring:

•The primary attendee must be an owner, executive, or clinical/medical director.


•The second attendee can be an owner, executive, clinical/medical director, or a team member from your business development/marketing team, admissions team, or clinical team. Each attendee is required to stay the entire length of the conference.

We only allow a limited number of drug testing, billing and electronic medical records companies to attend as well. Please wait until you receive an acceptance email before booking any travel.


Location:

The conference takes place at the Costa D'Este Beach Resort & Spa. Rooms are available starting at $329 (plus tax, fees & $28 resort fee) a night. More details will come in the acceptance email.

Onsite self-parking is free to attendees staying at the resort & valet parking is offered for an additional fee. 


Plan to attend the whole conference, with presentations beginning at 10:15 am on Wednesday, May 15th and finishing at 12 pm on Wednesday, May 17th. Attendees need to stay for ALL of the presentations. We will also have daily 12-step meetings open to all attendees, in the mornings beginning at 9:00 am Wednesday and Thursday and at 8:00 am on Friday.

Out of courtesy for the presenters there will be NO cell phone use during the presentations.


You will have frequent breaks to make calls and check voicemails/emails.

Each treatment center will be given 10 minutes to present the three things that they do best and what makes them unique. Each interventionist will be given 5 minutes to do the same. Other facilities that would not fall into those categories, such as drug testing agencies, need to sign up for the 15- or 20-minute time slot rather than just the standard 10 minutes. Treatment centers can upgrade to a 15- or 20-minute time slot if they prefer.


Cancellation Policy:

By registering for this event, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy as outlined below as well as the additional agreements.

Once registered for the event refunds will not be given.

  • If you cancel 30-days or more prior to the conference start date, your fees will be held for you to use at a future conference.
  • If you cancel less than 30-days prior to the conference start date, your fees will be held for you to use on a future conference, minus a $500 cancellation fee.

If you do not notify us prior to the event that you will not be in attendance, you are waiving all fees paid for current or future events.

You will be required to send in your company's workbook page and/or attendee photos by April 24, 2024, to be included in the final workbook.

Attendees should wait until they receive an email confirming their acceptance to the event before booking any travel.
