| Cancellation Policy: By registering for this event, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy as outlined below as well as the additional agreements. Once registered for the event refunds will not be given.
- If you cancel 30-days or more prior to the conference start date, your fees will be held for you to use at a future conference.
- If you cancel less than 30-days prior to the conference start date, your fees will be held for you to use on a future conference, minus a $500 cancellation fee.
If you do not notify us prior to the event that you will not be in attendance, you are waiving all fees paid for current or future events.
Attendee Policy: Who to Bring:
- The primary attendee must be an owner, executive, or clinical/medical director.
- The second attendee can be an owner, executive, clinical/medical director, or a team member from your business development/marketing team, admissions team, or clinical team.
Each attendee is required to stay the entire length of the conference. You will be required to send in your company's workbook page and/or attendee photos by April 24, 2024, to be included in the final workbook. Attendees should wait until they receive an email confirming their acceptance to the event before booking any travel. |
