Adam Brotman is an entrepreneur with 25+ years leading major tech and consumer brands. He co-founded Forum3 (2021) to help brands leverage emerging technologies, and co-authored AI First (Harvard Business Review Press, 2025).
Previously, he was president, chief experience officer, and co-CEO at J.Crew, where he launched J.Crew Rewards. At Starbucks, he served as inaugural chief digital officer and EVP of Global Retail Operations, building the payment, ordering, and loyalty platform (60M members).
He was named one of Fast Company's "100 Most Creative People" and CDO Club's CDO of the Year.
Adam serves on the boards of Destination Pet, Ruby Tuesday, and Cabi. He holds a BA from UCLA and a JD from the University of Washington. |
