Danny Khalil is the Associate Director of Market Analytics for CoStar Group for Texas, Nevada, and Mississippi.

He oversees the company’s analysis of the San Antonio, Las Vegas, El Paso, Rio Grande Valley, and Jackson, Mississippi commercial real estate markets, in addition to several smaller markets in South and West Texas. He has also covered Austin, Corpus Christi, and Memphis, Tennessee for the company in the past.

His career in urban economics has spanned the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, working in the broader fields of planning, economic development, and real estate.

Khalil holds a master's degree in public policy from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
