SAC Health Brier Medical is a 280,000 SF adaptive reuse outpatient facility in San Bernardino, CA. As the nation’s largest specialty-based and teaching health center, it advances health equity for underserved populations. Phase 1 includes 6 clinics, dental school, after-hours clinic with imaging, and a community resource center. The project reused the former bank call center’s core systems to reduce its carbon footprint. AIA CES: 2 LU|HSW.
