DESCRIPTION:In this training you will learn the foundations of The Art of Yoga Project’s model of trauma-informed mindfulness and creative expression programming. We will cover topics including the neuroscience of developmental trauma\, sequencing and classroom best practices as they relate to teaching mindfulness and art to vulnerable populations. Our training is designed for yoga teachers\, school teachers\, therapists and anyone else who wants to expand their skillset in working with youth who have experienced trauma.
