AI Team Training

AI tools are easy to try alone and harder to use well as a team. This session is built for nonprofit staff who want to close that gap — moving past individual tool use into shared workflows, handoff norms, and team-wide practices that actually stick.
Through real-world scenarios and hands-on exercises tailored to your nonprofit’s work, you'll leave with practical approaches your team can put to use right away — not just tips, but a shared way of working.

Who should attend:

Any Big Sky nonprofit is welcome — this session is open more broadly this year, not limited to past attendees. Because the curriculum is built around using AI as a team, organizations get the most out of the day by sending more than one person. Bring one or two colleagues — staff, board members, or volunteers all count.

What you'll walk away with:

Practical approaches for using AI as a team, not just as individuals

Shared language and norms for handoffs and collaboration

Hands-on practice with real nonprofit scenarios

Ideas you can put into practice with your team immediately
