About Kelly (aka “Kelligarian”) Kelly is a passionate lighting specialist who began her career in the early 2000s in a Calgary showroom—where she quite literally “saw the light.” Since then, she’s immersed herself in the world of lighting through trade shows, manufacturer visits, and certifications with ALA and IES. Her mission is simple: make lighting fun, approachable, and impactful for designers. A national speaker for the NKBA since 2018, Kelly has presented at chapters across North America and at KBIS, sharing her expertise and enthusiasm with the design community. When she’s not lighting up projects, Kelly’s lighting up her passport - most recently in South Africa, with upcoming adventures planned in Prague, Portugal, and Spain.
