In my career as an Investigative Journalist, I have enlisted the help of male researchers to help investigate cases with me, especially if I go to remote places like the Atacama desert (Tom Hamblin), the Andes (Bill Crowley), or Roswell & Socorro, New Mexico (David Garcia).
It is good to have protection and balance as a female investigator. I loved being able to discuss a case while on location.
