Valley Medical Case Management Resource Fair 7-16-25

Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers, and Discharge Planning support staff. Hospital staff is able to gather resource information. Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low-income patients in need.

This option is for those who only wish to provide marketing information and network without presenting an educational poster.

-HALF shared table. $150 (1 person may attend)

-FULL table. $300 *Only available to our Retirement Connection sponsors. (2 people may attend)

· LUNCH Sponsor- only 1 space available

You will provide individual box lunches and beverages for the case managers. You will not pay for a table, but only the cost of providing the lunches from a third party commercial licensed kitchen.
