Join Us For Our Movie Circle on March 24, 2025-“Soundtrack to a Coup d’Etat”

Let us examine American exceptionalism. Is America exceptional, or does America demand exception from the rules of international state behavior? This new release tells the story of Patrice Lumumba, and his battle for the sovereignty of his country, the Democratic Republic of Congo. The soundtrack is supplied by some of America’s Jazz greats. The film is long, and complex, so you may want to watch it twice.
