Jenn Kons leads strategic initiatives at United Way of Greater Cleveland, including opportunities to increase the impact of 211. Jenn’s prior experience centers on aligning health and social care through public policy, financing, and program delivery. She managed non-clinical programing and fund development efforts at a federally qualified health center. In Illinois, she worked with ethnic, community-based organizations across the state to delivery effective programming and advocate for policies that promoted immigrant integration and safety net access. She holds a Masters in Public Administration from Cleveland State University and lives in Cleveland’s Edgewater neighborhood with her husband and child.
