Patrick Grogan-Myers

Patrick Grogan-Myers has served as the City of Euclid’s Director of Planning and Development since in February 2022, where he oversees property tax delinquency outreach and neighborhood revitalization programs, public improvement projects, business retention and attraction, and zoning code enforcement. Previously, Patrick served as the Director of Economic Development in Maple Heights, overseeing the Building and Housing Department and implementing the city’s economic development policy, and the Director of Housing and Community Development in University Heights. He serves on various regional housing and development policy groups including the VAPAC’s Investors Working Group, First Suburbs Development Council, and First Suburbs Consortium’s Housing Committee. Patrick is a graduate of John Carroll University and a Ph.D. student at Cleveland State University’s Levin College of Public Affairs and Education.
