Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers, and Discharge Planning support staff. Hospital staff is able to gather community resource information.

This option is for those who want to share more details about their services or products. Two people from the company can attend to network.

·       LUNCH Sponsor- only 1 space available

You will provide individual box lunches and beverages for the case managers. You will not pay for a table, but only the cost of providing the lunches from a third party commercial licensed kitchen. (plan on providing 12 lunches)
