This seminar explores the principles and best practices of curtainwall injection as an effective remedial waterproofing solution for below-grade structures and foundation walls. Participants will gain an understanding of injection materials, application methods, and strategies for identifying and sealing active water infiltration through concrete construction joints, cracks, and defects.
The session will also address the unique challenges of waterproofing shotcrete structures, including variable surface conditions, rebound, shadowing, honeycombing, and cold joints that can create complex water migration paths. Through practical examples and case studies, attendees will learn how curtainwall injection can be used to overcome these challenges, restore watertight integrity, and extend the service life of existing structures.
Following the presentation, there will be opportunity to address key questions and audience Q&A.
