Giuliana Casimirri is excited to be serving as Executive Director of Green Venture at a pivotal point in the organization’s 25 year history. Giuliana will be steering Green Venture towards a renewed vision, strengthened strategic priorities, enhanced community partnerships, and expanded environmental education services and programs for our diverse community.

Deb Schulte

Stop the 413



Deb Schulte is the former Member of Parliament for King—Vaughan and former Minister of Seniors. She also served as Chair of the Standing Committee on the Environment and Sustainable Development, and as Chair of the Liberal Senior’s Caucus; reflecting her passion and commitment for positive progress on the environment and for seniors.

Deb previously served as a Regional Councillor for Vaughan, and is a recognized environmental champion. She is a member of the group “Stop the 413 Now”, which is a grassroots community organization dedicated to putting a stop to the destructive and costly Hwy 413. The group is focused on promoting more timely and cost effective solutions to our transportation challenges, and better use of our tax dollars.



Deb earned a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Degree from Princeton University and spent twenty-two years in engineering and management at Bombardier Aerospace before starting her political career. She lives in Vaughan with her husband, and has two sons
